Nothing makes a soldier move faster than when he knows that he is going home; well guess what ladies and gents? We are going home, well at least for eight days.
Aahh yes block leave for eight days. After 3 months of constant training and no days off we are being released back into the wild temporarily to say our final goodbyes to our loved ones. Marriages are going to happen, some guys are going home to empty houses because in three short months they found out their spouses or girlfriends just can’t cut it being a military wife. It’s the curse of the Army I say because relationships often end very badly with sore feelings due to both sides not understanding the toll that separation takes. Oh hell what can you do about it? Not a god damn thing except sleep with her sister and that’s only good if she’s hotter than your girl.
So let’s get away from the bad and turn to the good. What do we want? Alcohol! Oh hell yeah baby! We have been drier than the Mojave desert around here and I am seriously ready for an ice cold beer, ooh so frothy, so cold, golden goodness, foaming, thirst quenching, American beer baby. It’s going to be good, hell I’d wrestle a fuckin bear for a tall can right now. Pardon my French.
I know I know the question on your mind is what the hell Mr. Hard soldier why haven’t you posted any new blogs? Well let me explain. I had surgery for the hernia that I wrote about earlier and to be honest I was in bed and trying to recover. While I was recovering I learned some things about myself like; I can’t move objects with my mind (but I’m still trying), my big right toe is slightly larger than my big left toe, if it’s not within arms reach after surgery forget it it’s not that important, it hurts to masturbate after hernia surgery (but still possible if your really bored and determined;). I have been healed! So sayeth the doctors of the state of Mississippi!
Glad you are healed, and I could have lived without knowing that about masturbation and hernia operations, I believe, rofl.
